Deposited funds must be sent only from a payment account registered in the user's own name. Deposits made through a third party are not accepted and such transactions may be cancelled.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, this may take longer in cases involving identity verification or fraud investigation.

5.3 Currency

Bonuses and Promotions

Users who open an account on oz356 for the first time and make a deposit are eligible to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to activate this bonus.

The wagering requirement applicable to the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before the bonus can be withdrawn.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering must be completed first.

6.3 VIP Programme

The oz356 VIP Programme has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback increases as you move to a higher tier — up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, up to 1.1% at Gold and up to 1.5% at Platinum. VIP terms are set by oz356 and are subject to change.

Betting Rules

7.1 Betting Regulations

The betting options offered on oz356 are provided for entertainment purposes. Each betting market has its own rules, which must be read before placing a bet. All decisions are final and no appeals will be accepted after an event has concluded.

7.2 Cancelled Bets

A bet may be cancelled and the staked amount returned in the following situations:

7.3 Live Betting

Prohibited Conduct

Account Suspension and Cancellation

• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• An order from a court or government authority.

9.2 User Rights

You may request the closure of your oz356 account at any time. Please withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed. The account will be closed once all matters have been settled.
